The Prime Minister of the Republic of India, Narendra Modi, visited Moscow for the 22nd annual summit of the leaders of India and Russia. During his visit he addressed the Indian diaspora in Moscow on the 9th of July 2024. The event took place at the Carlton Hotel, Moscow. The NRI Club Russia was cordially invited to the event by the Embassy of India. The team of the NRI Club actively participated in the event, with Ms. Kanta Devi as the Master of Ceremony for the event, and Mr. Devdathan Nair as a specialist on India-Russia relations was interviewed by the media and shared his insights, while the student members worked as volunteers for the event!

It was a moment of pride for all the Indian communities and NGOs as the Prime Minister recognised their contribution in strengthening the people-to-people connections, and encouraged their work during his address!
