The Jawaharlal Nehru Cultural Centre of the Embassy of India, Moscow, celebrates the 10th International Day of Yoga on the 23rd of June 2024. The celebration will be held in the Museum reserve “Kolomenskoye ”. The event will begin at 09:00 in the morning, and T-shirts and Yoga mats will be provided on a first come, first served basis. The celebration will include a common yoga protocol, master classes on yoga, sessions on meditation, and lectures on Ayurveda!
